Orange Woods bangalore

Hi,

This is my way of notifying people of mistakes i have done. If you have googled and got to this page to know more about Orange woods(bangalore), I'll say you have hit the right place.
If you have booked your furniture with them (the Sofa set with the offer to get lot of goodies for free), you too are framed. I booked my Sofa set with them along with the Kingsize cot and one small table(they call it dinning table), thinking they'll deliver in 25 days.
Reality: After repeated calls to their call centre after a month of booking, no one knows whats the state of your order, or what your order was. They just keep telling you'll get it in another couple of days. Request to put me to their manager went in deaf ears.

Then I went to their office, in MG road, above Citibank, to get my refund. Got another assurance from the manager that I'll get it in another two days. Nothing came in..Had to waste my energies /petrol again to go there and get my refund. Today I finally got a full refund cheque for the amount.

Guys if you are in this state, run to their office in MG road..Get your money before its too late..and be away from anything that has Orange in it.
